Move United Nationals

Join us as a Volunteer!

On average, over 250 volunteers are used annually onsite during the week of the Nationals to facilitate the championship event. Volunteers are critical to the success of the event!

Various roles exist to help out. These include but are not limited to announcing, sport timers, logistics set up and break down, check in of athletes or volunteers, food and beverage support, fans in the stands and more.

Are you part of a large group (10+) who wants to volunteer together? Please contact volunteer@lakeshore.org for more information.

Volunteering Considerations

The suggested age to volunteer is 16 and older. Under 16? Please come out and cheer the athletes on!

You do not need previous experience to volunteer.

All volunteers must sign a liability and media waiver.

Volunteers will be provided with a t-shirt at check-in onsite.

Confirmed volunteers will receive a reminder email prior to the start of the event with additional details about where to check in and additional event information.

Flexibility is key with event management. On occasion, things may need to shift due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please bring sunscreen, a water bottle, and a hat. Closed-toed, comfortable shoes are recommended.

Plan to have a fun, unforgettable time helping youth experience the power of sports!
